CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]
Hello
I am getting the CARE CODE 205.2 almost every day; even after I reset my password the prior day to gain access to my emails. I am using the Google Chrome Browser.
I am not trying to log onto emails multiple times using the incorrect password.
Once I change the password the browser is putting the updated password into ATT.
How do I get this CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003] to stop happening daily?

Hi warrenhoh, we can explain why you're getting this care code and how to get around it.
We discovered that the main reason our email users are getting this care code is due to bad actors trying to breach our customers' email accounts. We don't have a time frame for when this will be resolved, but rest assured we're looking into this and blocking the IP addresses of the bad actors who are making these login attempts.
For now, the workaround we have in place is to reset your password and clear your browser's cache and cookies to remove any stored password information.
