Can't sign into my att.net email

I sign in on the sign in page with my user ID and password... It starts like its going to sign me in only to say log out and bring me back to the sign on page again. I have done this multiple times and no success. I have changed the password and still it kicks me out.

AT&T is at it again, telling customers that their e-mail account has been deactivated. - So, when goes to sign-in they cannot. Also, AT&T refuses to reset password. I DID NOT CHANGE MY PASSWORD! - I did NOT deactivate my e-mail account!!! AT&T is doing something to screw with people. error code 201 [LU100]
