Can't sign in to one of my ATT.Yahoo email accounts

When I try to sign in to one of my ATT.Yahoo email accounts I just get a screen with  Currently From AT&T|yahoo! in the upper left corner and the same thing on the right side of the screen with Hi,there! and Welcome Select an account to sigh in or manage a saved account on this device under it and a list of my email accounts under that.  When I click on one of the accounts it signs me out and returns to the home screen.

Well, it is happening again.

I too cannot login into my AT&T Mail via Currently.com (Yahoo.) I get same message as follows:

Looks like you’ve tried to sign in unsuccessfully too many times. Recover your ID or reset your password to continue.

Care Code: 205.2 [LU003]

I have no problem with the Mobile App and can check my AT&T Mail just fine.

I just cannot login via a web browser. I use Firefox. 

Wonder if I should not just reset the password?

This happened a few months back and I had to reset password. Also, it has also happened on other occasions in the past. This is really getting annoying. 

I waited for a few days and tried to login via Firefox Browser and received same Error Message today (July 13, 2022, at 9:55am). 

If anyone from AT&T is monitoring this thread please let me know what I need to do. Please. Should I reset the password again. (Then I have to change password for App on my iPhone).

Let's get you back into your email, @ABITA

 

The main workaround for Care Code 205.2 is to reset your email password. This is because it syncs your email. You can still keep the same password afterwards.

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

If this doesn't work, please let us know. We may need to manually sync it for you.

@ATTHelp The login loop problem is back again. Resetting the password does not do anything. See the prior messages from this post from 2 months ago. HELP

Once again I can't access my yahoo email account. Windows did an upgrade a couple of days ago and I'm now unable to even access the Currently yahoo sign in page.

Hmmm... can't reach this page

oidc.idp.clogin.att.com took too long to respond

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
