Can't reset password
I can't log in to my email and I would really love some help. I have many important accounts attached to this email. I started a chat and the AT&T Community Specialist sent me a message directly. They ended up sending me this message:
"According to our system, your email account has been locked. Due to the lock, there's no option for us to send you a temporary password so that you can sign in. Your next step would be to complete our email recovery form. Due to backlog, it may take several days before you get a response. If you're unable to recover your email, you can create a new one here: https://www.att.com/support/article/email-support/KM1232207. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need help with anything in the future, don't hesitate to reach out again. Good luck and thank you for contacting the AT&T Community Forums team. Aminah, AT&T Community Specialist"
I filled out the form about 8 weeks ago and haven't heard back yet. Is there anything you can do to help me out?
