Can't remember Security Questions to reset password for my email

Since you don't remember the answers to your security questions, we recommend using the temporary password option to reset your password. Here are the steps you'll need: 

1. Go to att.com/myatt.
2. Select Forgot password?
3. Fill out the password info.
4. Choose temporary password and follow the prompts. When you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
5. Create your new password.

If you don't have that option or if you're still unable to reset the password, let us know. We'll be happy to check on any password reset options you may have on our end.
