Can't log-in to sbglobal.net email account
I have gone on the forms and pretty much-tried everything. Different URLs etc and now I'm officially locked out because the AT&T webpage that it keeps taking me to can't find my email address. I have had this sbcglobal email account for years. I don't log into it often which is my fault, but this is ridiculous!
I found someone who said to make a new at&t account and then you would be prompted to merge the accounts - sbcglobal and at&t, but this never happened. Now I have an at&t email account, but it's not merged with my sbcglobal account.
So, here are my questions:
1. How do I now unlock my account
2. How do I even get someone on the phone or to talk to in order to figure out how to get into my email account
Yes, I do know the email address and I do know the password, however, it seems AT&T mysteriously can't find the email, backup email or any of my information. I know that the sbcglobal email is still up because I get the emails forwarded to my gmail account, so I know it's there in the dataverse somewhere.

HOW TO RESET YOUR CURRENTLY/YAHOO EMAIL ACCOUNT……Call this number: 844.519.7078 They are usually stateside and will unlock your account and walkyou through a password reset. You can make your "new" password the same as your old.Right after you reset, there will be an option to establish a "secure key". Create a securekey and copy it so that it can be pasted as the "password" into whatever 3rd party emailmanagement programs you use, ie, Outlook. Copy that password into your 3rd part apponce and you should be good in your 3d party application. Be sure to test your login inCurrently/Yahoo after you have been unlocked and password reset. Save the secure key if you need it in the future.
