Can't log-in to sbglobal.net email account
I have gone on the forms and pretty much-tried everything. Different URLs etc and now I'm officially locked out because the AT&T webpage that it keeps taking me to can't find my email address. I have had this sbcglobal email account for years. I don't log into it often which is my fault, but this is ridiculous!
I found someone who said to make a new at&t account and then you would be prompted to merge the accounts - sbcglobal and at&t, but this never happened. Now I have an at&t email account, but it's not merged with my sbcglobal account.
So, here are my questions:
1. How do I now unlock my account
2. How do I even get someone on the phone or to talk to in order to figure out how to get into my email account
Yes, I do know the email address and I do know the password, however, it seems AT&T mysteriously can't find the email, backup email or any of my information. I know that the sbcglobal email is still up because I get the emails forwarded to my gmail account, so I know it's there in the dataverse somewhere.
