Can't login to sbcglobal.net email account
Hi,
I cannot login to my sbcglobal.net email account. I got this error:
For your security, your AT&T Access ID has a temporary protection lock.
To unlock it, reset your password
(FL001)
If I proceed to reset my password account I get the following message: "Hmmm. We've searched our records and can't find the User ID and last name combination you entered. Check your entries, and try again.
(FPWDRD01)"

If you have a current AT&T internet account that is tied to your email, you can change or reset your password by performing the following:
If you have a free email account, you can reset the password at our email reset page.
Also, you may try,
If you are using a client like Outlook, Thunderbird, or Apple Mail, make sure to use the IMAP settings to access your email.

I cannot access my sbcglobal.net email accounts. States "incorrect password". The only way I can get into email is if I use forgot password and reset it. However, if I sign-out and attempt to login again I get the same message "incorrect password". I then have to repeat the process. I am using a PC and have tried different browsers with the same results. This happens on all PCs not just the one. Something seems to be blocking my email. How should I proceed?

AT&T FIBER OPTIC (Edited per community guidelines). THIS IS WHY WE CANT GET INTO ACCOUNTS. BEEN ON PHONE FOR 2 DAYS WITH AT&T. ONE OPERATOR SAID I WOULD HAVE TO MAKE A NEW E-MAIL. HAVE HAD THIS E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR 35-40 YEARS BEFORE IT BECAME AT&T. WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE SWITCHING FROM LAND TO FIBER OPTIC AND BOTHE HAD ME UNDER CONTRACT AND HAD TO PAY BOTH BILLS, $1200 A MONTH FOR 2 PHONE LINES AND 6 COMTUTER LINES. FIBER OPTIC SAID IT DIDN'T MATTER ABOUT CONTRACTS, WOULD ONLY HAVE 1. SCREWED OVER $600.00 A MONTH FOR OVER A YEAR AND DID NOT HAVE FIBER OPTIC. THEY DIDN'T FINISH INSTALLING AND TRANSFER LAND TO FIBER OPTIC. NO REFUND FOR THE $7200.00 SINCE THEY CAN SAY I WAS UNDER CONTRACT. THINK I MIGHT SWITCH TO COX AFTER 2/14.

everytime i try to log into my sbcglobal.net account it says unknow destination. I have used the other link for it to get into the sbcglobal and now every time i cant get in. the regular att website for email does not work for sbcglobal.net. NO ONE CAN SEEM TO HELP!!!! this is a HUGE att issue and no one is fixing it. I just get the run around. AND NO ITS NOT MY PASSWORD!!!!

not fiber optics I am using an android as well with same results. I have 4 sbcglobal accounts only 1 having this issue all others work fine. Not sure why. HOWEVER, the one I am having an issue with got hacked. So not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Every time i try to log into my account i get this message Looks like you've tried to sign in unsuccessfully too many times recover your ID or reset your pass word to continue CARE CODE: 205..2 [lu003]. THE LAST TIME I LOGGED IN WAS 28MAR22 WHEN I HAD TO GET MY PASSWORD RESET. i am trying to log in from a computer.

was on the phone and computer many times and they still cant solve issue
HELP.
What is wrong? can someone smart fix the problem.
they go over the same steps over and over and still does not work.

I still have not seen ANY solutions from AT&T as to why we are all experiencing the SAME issue with our SBCGLOBAL emails. Cannot access on desktop computer. Haven't been able to for months. Same error messages as everyone else. I've changed my password multiple times - which means I have to change it in my phones as well, only to have to keep repeating the process over and over. THIS IS WHY I DO NOT AND WILL NEVER USE AT&T FOR ANYTHING!!!
