can't log in to my att/yahoo acct.

I can't get logged into my att/yahoo email account.  I used forgot password and it takes me to security questions.  It's been a long time since I set them up.  I thought I knew the answers, but it is saying they are wrong.  I saw a the answer to a previous post where it said you could ask for a temporary password.  I don't see where that choice is available.  And if it sends it to my email account... I can't get into it to see it... a catch 22.  What can I do?
