Can't log in to email--too many attempts
On my first attempt to log in to email, I get this error message:
The limit for unsuccessful sign-in attempts has been reached. Select Forgot user ID or Forgot password to restore access.
CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]
Yesterday, the first time I got this message, I selected Forgot Password and changed my password. I tried to log in with the new password today and got the same message on my first attempt. What's causing this?
