Can't change email password

I am trying to change the password on one of my sub accounts.  I get to the screen, enter the email and click change password.  I answer the security questions and get to this page https://identity.att.com/identity-ui/fpwd/lander/preset I enter my new password twice using the requested characters and it just hangs there.  My password isn't changed and the page doesn't do anything.  I need to get into this email for work.

To start, the first thing we recommend doing to get your password changed is following our guide to reset your email password. You can do this by following these easy steps:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

If you're still encountering the same problem after following these instructions, we have a few steps we recommend trying to resolve the 'hanging' issue you're experiencing.

  • Clear your cache & cookies- this is a common fix that can help resolve many problems
  • Use a different browser- web pages operate slightly differently depending on which web browser you use. If one doesn't work, try another!
