Can't access sbcglobal.net
With whom can I speak to about logging in to my sbcglobal.net email. I've gone through an endless loop of User Name/Password and still not able to login.

Let's get you back into your email, @jillrd!
First, are you using Currently to access your email? This is the email client that we support. If you are trying to access your email using a third party client, such as Apple mail or Outlook, we may need to alter our troubleshooting steps.
If you are using Currently, then we recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies along with resetting the email password. Clearing the cache and cookies can clear any browser settings that may be causing the login loop to occur. Resetting the password will re-sync your email in our internal system. This can sometimes alleviate the login loop. Using the cache and cookies article, you can scroll down until you find the steps listed for your respective browser and device.

I have tried all of the above remedies and cannot log in on my PC. It does work on my Android phone with the Yahoo Mail app. It fails in Firefox, Chrome, and Bing. I get this message:
