Can't access sbcglobal email account

Hello, I have been locked out of my sbcglobal email account and can not get back in.  I have had this account for close to 20 years and need to get access ASAP.  Thank you!

Hi there, @so9600! We understand the importance of being able to access your email and want to help check on your login options. 

 

So that we can dig a little deeper into any login options that may be available for you, we'll need to speak privately. Check the Direct Message inbox in the top right corner of your screen. We'll be sending you a DM shortly.

 

In the meantime, we recommend that you try resetting your password online (if you haven't already). If you don't know the answers to your security questions, you'll want to follow these steps to request a temporary password: 

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose temporary password and follow the prompts. We’ll let you know where we send it.
  5. Create your new password.
