Can't Access Pacbell Email

About a week ago I tried to log into my pacbell.net email through Yahoo as I always have for years. It asked for my logon information and when I entered it, it said my password was incorrect. I knew it wasn't but doubled checked and entered it again. Still came up with error message my password was wrong. Tried resetting the password but wouldn't let me. Error message said my answers to the security questions are incorrect which they are not. I foolishly called ATT thinking I would g]be able to get some help. After an hour on the phone, the rep said the only way to reset my password is to send a temporary one to my email. But I can't access the email account (duh). She said she couldn't text it to me on my iphone (for which by the way I use ATT as the carrier). Has anyone else had this situation and found a solution? I have alot of important emails I can no longer access.

You are not reading my post. I CAN'T log into my pacbell account. It won't accept my password and won't reset when I answer my security questions. I've been thru this with 3 other reps.
