Can’t access my sbcglobal email

Hello I’m not able to log into my sbcglobal email and really need to log into for to reset a password on an app!!

Hi there, @Teanbeanx3. We understand that you are unable to get into your email account on app and need your password reset. 

 

Since you are unable to reset your password on the app, then we do need to pivot to resetting your profile password on the website. Please follow these steps: 

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Please let us know if you are unable to follow these steps or run into any error.

I have been logged out of my sbcglobal.net email on ALL my apple devices (iphone, ipad, macbook, AND using multiple browsers) for the past 3 days.  I have changed my password but when I try to log in it gets stuck in a loop where it asks for my user ID and PW.  I keep entering it, it texts me a code, and shows I'm logged into my ATT account, however it just keeps looping and I can't get into my account or check email.

I've done this using Chrome, Safari and downloaded Firefox to try.  None of these work.  Same issue everywhere.

Hi there, @Chris2023! Let's help get you through this login loop you seem to be stuck in.

 

Since you've already changed your password and tried different browsers, we recommend that you try clearing your cache and cookies. This will help to refresh your browser and potentially alleviate anything that's preventing you from accessing your email.

 

We also suggest using Currently to access your email account. Since it's supported by AT&T, this can minimize any outside influences that may be giving you trouble with your email.

 

In addition to that, please let us know if you're receiving any specific error messages. Knowing this can help us to determine the best troubleshooting steps to take moving forward.

I have cleared my cache, cookies and history as instructed.  Since this is an SBCGLOBAL.NET email, I have to log in with my at&t user ID, and in every case, on every device,  it takes me to signin.att.com - where it shows that I'm signed in under my user ID - but then it gives no further options. I can't do anything else.

I've tried this on currently.com and have the same result.  I am unable to access my email.

I need to talk to a living person.  I've spent HOURS on this with no changes.
