Can't Access my Email

I know my email and password, however it gives me an error message, "We’ve noticed activity that suggests your password may be compromised. To keep your info safe, select Forgot password to set a strong, new password." I have had this email since I was in elementary school (my mom made it so I could sign up for games). Due to this she is the one who set up security questions and she does not remember them, nor does she remember the back up phone number. I haven't logged into this account in a while as I have other emails now, but I need to get into this one in order to access a site where I have purchased multiple pc games over the years.
