Can't access email
I suddenly cannot access my email. For no reason, the credentials were invalid. I have literally tried everything in different orders using the information on your website.
Is it possible to either get the log-in information or clear the credentials so I can start over? It is my main address and I've been working on it for 2 days.

Welcome to my (Edited per community guidelines). Customer service will eventually tell you that they can not override the system and you need to create a new email. Why you would want another email address with that company is a mystery since they will lose the new one too. They will not help you and you will never get that email open again. Run to create a Google gmail account and start your life over. My account was decades old and I have lost all my contacts.
