Cannot recover sbcglobal.net account password
My father is trying to reset his old sbcglobal.net account password but has run into some difficulty for the following reasons:
1. The account was created prior to the 2-factor identification requirement
2. The account was created prior to mandatory security questions
We called the helpline and were basically told we were out of luck.
