Cannot log into Bellsouth email on my desktop

• Test signing in using another browser
• Disable browser tools or add-ons - this varies by device and browser
• Disable your firewall - this also varies by device and browser

I responded to this "assist message" several hours ago, but have not gotten a response.  I have done all of the troubleshooting options mentioned in the last several days, but still cannot access my email.  The error message that comes up says "This site can't be reached".  

Would you post a screen capture of the message?
