Cannot bypass “ Not found on Accelerator” page

Tried logging into Att.net email address through yahoo. Was then redirected to at&t login screen. Proceeds to login and when attempted the page changes and shows “ Not Found on Accelerator” “ Description: your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again”. I seen that some people are having the same issues in the at&t community forums and I followed the instructions of the solutions; however, they do not work for me. I even tried using different devices and browsers. I'm not sure what I'm suppose to do at this point. I really need access to my account, I have important emails that needs my attention.

I am having the same problem.  The customer support person I spoke to said that Yahoo got hacked again, Yahoo got hacked in 2016.  Ever since AT&T merged with Yahoo, nothing but issues!!!!

I have been with AT&T forever; retiree from AT&T. AT&T customer service stinks!!!!!

AT&T leave Yahoo behind!!!!
