Need to update email settings?

Cannot access sbcglobal.net email

Every time I try to log into my sbcglobal.net account it takes me to an Att log in screen. I then log in on that screen and then it seems like it is about to log me in and then logs out and says logout successful and takes me back to the login screen. Help!!!!

First, we recommend that you clear your browser's cache and cookies. This will clear any stored data in your browser that may be causing this error to occur. Using the aforementioned link, you can find the steps listed for your respective browser and device.

Hello CalebP. That did not work. It did the same thing. It started to login and then logged out. I used 2 separate browsers after clearing the cache and cookies out.

Since that did not work, please try resetting your password. This will re-sync your email. 

 

These are the steps to rest your email:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.
