Cannot access my SBCGlobal email account.
I am locked out of my sbcglobal.net account. I have tried to reset my password, tried my challenge questions and have called every number, but a week later, I still cannot access my account.
I am wondering if it has been hacked. I know what my password and my challenge questions are yet I still cannot access my account.
Help please!!!
