Can no longer login to my SBCGLOBAL.NET email sub-account
Greetings, Since 7/21 I have not been able to login to my AT&T email sub-account. However, I can still login to my primary email account. I‘ ve had these emails for 20+ years. My profile still shows the sub-account but it now is referred to as an alias. I have tried clearing the cache, history and cookies and then tried to login again using my sub-account email but now I am being told I am locked out due too many attempts. I also tried to login and tell it I forgot my password. It then asks me to answer two security questions which I do not know the answer to or remember ever setting up. According to what I have read a temporary password option is should also available but I am not seeing it. Spoke to Yahoo on the phone and they told me my sub-account email is still active but since it is a sbcglobal.net account they can not provide me with any assistance and that I would have to contact AT&T for help. It is important that I regain access as I have a few important websites I use that were setup years ago using this sub-account email address. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
