Bellsouth.net Email Issue

Since the conversion to yahoo servers I cannot receive Emails on my laptop.  I can receive them intermittently through outlook but NOT AT ALL from the currently site.  I can receive them on my cell phone.  I have been on the phone with this issue for a number of hours with 4 different ATT employees. Two have promised to call me back the following day.  Of course that does not happen.    I cannot go to the ATT currently site and access my bellsouth account.  I can access my yahoo account at the currently site.  I am not sure why my cell phone can access my Email while my laptop cannot.  It appears that the cell phone is accessing via icloud.  The laptop appears to attempt (sometimes with success) access from the server WHERE EVER they might be residing.  Several times I have received a message to the effect that the server is not available.  When I try to send an Email I receive a message that my bllsouth.net mailbox is not available.  I had an issue with outlook and my bellsouth mail in Nov of 2020.  I was given a 16 digit pass key code to use in lieu of my bellsouth password in outlook.  As you might imagine I am frustrated to the inth.  If ATT is having server issues (as it appears) why can they not share that info with the customer?  If anyone has had this problem and had success dealing with ATT please advise!!!!  A telephone no. would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance
