I am sorry that I was not able to see this message in time. I don't see a DM link on my screen. I was supposed to hear back from Att customer support yesterday, but no luck. I really need our email back! TIA

Same issues going back 3+ weeks. Bellsouth. Net email getting error messages and locked out by ATT with code 205.2(LU 003). Tech support assisted with verbal password resets for a few weeks, acknowledging a major issue with ATT/yahoo on this matter . Effective 9/1, have been informed that my account is frozen with no anticipated resolution date and no option to reset password. Way to go ATT- customer for over 30 years with other active ATT accounts which will now be deactivated - thanks for the loyalty to longtime customers
