Automatically being logged off

For over 2 weeks now even when I check the box to stay logged on to Currently.com, I am auto logged off after about 30 min. This on a Win 10 PC and is happening on multiple browsers, Chrome, Avast, Brave and Edge. I have cleared browsing data and cookies with no effect. It is getting to be a real problem.
