ATT.net email Not found on accelerator
I need help getting back into my old AT&T DSL email. I no longer have DSL but do not owe anything on it and still have AT&T mobile service. I have no idea how long the email has been suspended or terminated but I need it reactivated. I get the message Not Found on Accelerator and have already spent hours on the phone with horrible untrained reps. This is a common problem and it does not surprise me that AT&T doesn’t worry with training reps to resolve the issue. The only reason I’ve been a customer since 2000, is the other companies are just as bad!! Someone please help!!
