ATT.NET email ID/Password reset without a backup email/phone number

I have posted here for help twice and tried the Direct Message recommendation(s), called ATT and waited 7-10 days(twice) for USPS delivery of a reset password, called ATT and waited 7 days for my cell phone to be added to the account so that this message (Hmm… we can’t reset your password We don’t have the account details needed to complete your request.) would go away, and just completed a wait period of 30 days for a text message with a link to allow a password reset. I really need help... for my mother who is physically sick and has even mentioned  "Su*****", really. I really need assistance. Willing to hire/pay. PLEASE HELP!
