ATT Email

Multiple times each week ATT email will not allow me to sign in. I am using lastpass as my password manager. When I attempt to long into ATT email it states that the password is not valid. I have to click forgot password, answer security questions create a new pass word and then allows me to log into email. Approximately 2-3 days later the same thing happens and I have to create a new password. How do I get this to stop happening??

What you're experiencing is part of a known issue that we're working to resolve. We encourage you to read our article about Care Code: 205.2 for information about why this is happening, what we're doing to fix it, and find workarounds.

 

Clearing your cache and cookies is a good place to start, since you're using a password manager -- sometimes having your password stored for a long period of time causes sign-in issues.

I am still having the same issue of having to reset my password multiple times per week. I cleared cache and cookies and changed the password. Yet it is still happening had to change password twice in the last 4 days.. Is there a solution to this problem?
