Thank you for contacting the AT&T Community Forums Team.
I've tried another browser, no difference on 2 different computers. I clear my cache every night so that's not an issue. I don't think disabling my firewall is a good idea. my browsers are up to date. I've talked to Yahoo and your company to no avail. Plus I see others are having the same problem as well even after trying all of your suggestions. I'm not happy this is still happening so many days later. It's very unproductive. There has to be a problem on your end and it needs fixed.
We suggest attempting to login using our Currently website. Since Currently is supported by AT&T, using it minimizes any outside influences that may be causing this to occur.
To make sure you don't get locked out of your account, we also suggest updating your recovery information.
Let us know if you're able to get logged in, or if any error messages show on your end. We hope to hear back from you!
I always use the Currently website and the link to the login page. I have done everything I can and the problem is still not resolved. Since I changed my last password, I have not had problems logging in to my account. The problem is staying logged in for longer than 30 minutes to an hour at a time before I'm automatically logged out for some reason. I notice when I try to go to the sent, spam folders etc. that is says they're empty or if I try to delete a message to says the message cannot be deleted then it logs me out and the screen says i was logged out because for my safety, I hadn't had any activity for awhile (paraphrase) and to log in again. When this happens multiple times a day it gets old in a hurry. I'm hoping you can figure out why this keeps happening. Thank you.

This is the 13th day of having the same issue for me. At least ATT finally admits the problem is on their end and their engineers are working on it. But some users reported the issue on June 1, and some of them have reported the issue resolved itself magically after a few days or week. But for others, the problem persists.
I have taken to just checking randomly. One good thing about not being logged in all the time is less ads, not sure if this is less dollars for ATT/Yahoo but the ball is in their court now.
I too have been having this issue for at least a couple weeks. Very unproductive and frustrating to be logged out several times every day. I have spent an inordinate amount of time researching and trying to fix this problem to no avail. Tried Chrome and Edge browsers, made sure browsers are updated, cleared cache, extensions, browser history, etc., called Yahoo Mail and AT&T and the issue still persists. One of the first things I tried was to change my password and this did not work either. I also noticed that when I am logged in to my email, under Account Info, I am unable to access Account Security as it simply logs me out. In addition, this same issue is happening on my other email accounts. It would be very helpful if AT&T acknowledged this issue so everyone could stop wasting their time on "fixes" that do not work and really got to work on fixing an issue that is at least two weeks old.
We're here to assist with your email timing out, @MaryAnnAnderson!
Based on the description of the issue you are having, along with the troubleshooting you've done, we will need to move this conversation into a DM. Be on the look out for a chat notification in the upper portion of the page.
What now? I immediately responded to your request to move the conversation into a DM and have now been waiting for 25 minutes. How long am I supposed to wait for you to respond? I just explained about the amount of time I have already spent trying to fix this issue. Do you really expect me to wait for hours staring at the screen hoping you will respond?
