AT&T Deleted My Email Without My Consent - They keep telling me someone is going to call, never received any calls yet.

I have had a bellsouth email for a minimum of 15 years, and whenever the time period was when AT&T took over, they must have deleted my email or something like that because when I am trying to get access to my email, it says it doesn't exist. Worse than that, they have a horrific customer support line. I have archived all my chats with them and they stated with assurance multiple times on different occasions that "your issue will be my top priority and we will get it resolved within 30 minutes". This has been a major lie with no follow ups and usually ends the conversation with "we will have an expert contact you via phone shortly" to which I give all my contact information and then I never receive a follow up email or phone call. My email has a lot of important accounts tied to it which I cannot access because I can't get into my bellsouth account which supposedly doesn't exist anymore. I would really like some help from someone who actually knows what they are doing rather than someone lie to me and spew false information that is clearly higher than their authority or ability.
