Account sign in

I can’t sign in to my accounts.  I get this message:

Something's gone wrong

We may be having trouble with your connection. Connecting your device to Wi-Fi could help fix the issue or try again later.
If you were using an app, close this page. Otherwise, start over.
I’ve been getting this g FB or about a week.  Fix it please.

First, try performing a password reset. Visit Reset your password now or, select Forgot password on the myAT&T sign-in page. Here is more info on the use of passwords on your AT&T account:

The following are some of the most common ways to fix this error message.

  • Restart your gateway:  Reboot of devices such as your gateway and the device having the issue should correct it.
  • Disable IPv6:  This can help improve the website's loading time.
  • Use an incognito browser: This is a work around for some issues.
  • Flush your computer's DNS cache: Sometimes, for various reasons, the DNS cache becomes corrupt or out of date. The most common result is that you can’t get to some web sites in your browser, or the websites don't properly load.
