Accessing email account of deceased family member
My grandmother passed away in June of 2022 and I am having trouble accessing her email account, as I do not know her password or security question answers in order to reset the password.
I have her old iPhone which I am attempting to reset, but cannot do without access to her email address since it is tied to her apple ID.
I have a copy of her death certificate. How would I be able to gain access to her email account?
