Accessing email account of deceased family member
My grandmother passed away in June of 2022 and I am having trouble accessing her email account, as I do not know her password or security question answers in order to reset the password.
I have her old iPhone which I am attempting to reset, but cannot do without access to her email address since it is tied to her apple ID.
I have a copy of her death certificate. How would I be able to gain access to her email account?

Hello, I need to access my father's email account, who has passed away recently. I have his phone and ipads, but don't know his security questions so having trouble. I do have the death certificate. Who can I contact to help me gain access please? Thanks you so much. He has an att.net email address. @ATTHelp
