Access to ameritech.net email account

I am trying to login my ameritech.net email account. i was able to login via yahoo but now the redirect to AT&T does not accept my user name. is anyone else having this issue and how can it be resolved?

You may want to try resetting your password. Even if you know your password already, this can still help since it will re-sync your email. 

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Hi this is not a browser issue. I tried to login with a private window and i still get the following error. See below. it will not accept the ameritech.net account.

Dont listen to the "ATT community support suggestion". The easiest and BEST solution...Cancel all your emails with ATT and go somewhere else. Nothing but grief dealing with them.
