3 weeks and still cannot access my sbcglobal.net email

I cannot login into my email sbcglobal.net since I do not own a User ID from At&t,I have had this account since 2006 and it never had me need a User ID from At&t, it has been 3 weeks of going through email recovery webform and not giving a response, my only choice is to spam call them everyday till I can get it back, this is just sad and disappointing.
