2 factor authentication

I'm thinking the 12th....of never.

This is a security team that doesn't seem to think anything is wrong with sending a password reset code to the email account that's currently locked or that when prompted to change passwords, it's just fine to enter the same old one over and over again.  I'm sure 2FA would just confuse them even more. 🙄

Call your local TV channel and report issues with ATT or perhaps the Better Business Bureau.  Call the home office in Dallas?  Possibly the FCC?

None of those places is going to make AT&T create a new login process.  Now, maybe if you call John Stankey's mom......
