if they want to leave it locked up in my fenced in yard that is fine. just need them to move it about 2 feet

the original owner of the property or house agreed to allow for a 1 time payment and it stays for life until at&t abandons the easement regardless if the house or property changes ownership, they essentially own that little piece of land which usually includes a 6 foot perimeter around the equipment, its also agreed that at no time can they be denied access to equipment nor a reasonable path to reach the equipment without requiring notice

and that is the crazy part. My back yard is the dead end and the box is less that a foot in my yard. I do not normally leave my yard unlocked and with the 6' privacy fence they will never see it.
