Unable to receive emails to my att.net account.
I can send emails, however I can’t receive any emails.
I sent a test email to from another email account. The message I received back was: [Address not found. Your message wasn't delivered because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.]
I also tried sending myself and email from within my att.net email, but nothing never comes to my inbox.
I’ve chatted online and on the phone with many Agents and it seems no one is able to really help me fix this issue.
The last advice I was given was to send an email to the Block List Group at email@example.com but I never received a reply.
Is there anything else that can be done to fix my issue?
