Set Up Password Recovery Options
I get emails and reminders when having to sign in via browser to Set Up Password Recovery Options.
I live outside US and recovery via ATT normal means is impossible since they only accept US phone numbers.
Any other way?

We're here to assist with your recovery options, @emanphoto!
When you are viewing your information, at the bottom of the profile page you will see Manage Email. Once you select that, navigate to the Edit User Information section. Once you access that section you will be able to enter a non-AT&T wireless number.
Let us know if this helps!

Hi, so when I follow these instructions above, once I click on Manage Email I am taken to this page: https://www.att.com/olam/myprofile/userInfoViewUser.myworld
Once I am here, I click Edit User Information and I am taken to this page: https://www.att.com/olam/myprofile/userInfoViewUser.myworld
The problem is, it'll load the page banner up top, but nothing loads underneath it where the actual page should be. I have used multiple browsers and it won't load.

Just cleared cache and cookies, same problem. Then I realized that it shouldn't have changed anything since I used multiple browsers and encountered the same problem.

Thanks for coming back and for providing the update, @jtaehp.
Let's try a different way to get the page to load. Follow these steps:
Just a tip, if you are trying to add a non AT&T telephone number to the account, you will not be able to.The reason why is that could be a charge associated with the SMS or text that we have to send to verify it to add the number to the account and we do want to avoid any charges associated with your non AT&T phone number. So a recovery email address will be best. If you are able to add recoevery information to your profile, then it will take effect within 30 days from the day you added it.
Let us know if you continue to experience this error, and we will have to put in a ticket for the website.

When I go to Account Info under my name at the top of the email page, I am redirected to a login page where I can choose between my 2 accounts. I click on this one, emanphotoATameritech, which I am logged into and where I most often go, and then am redirected to ANOTHER page https://www.att.com/msapi/login/unauth/service/v1/haloc/oidc/redirect which says,

None of these methods work. Clicked "account info". Page won't load as per this screenshot.

I submitted a form to recover my email back on 24 May 2023. So far, no one that I have spoken (and there has been a lot of them) to at ATT&T has not been able to assist in the recovery of our email. No procedures were put in place by ATT&T to protect the integrity and protection of their customers from hackers. It is almost like they just are saying, oh well too bad and get over it (it's free mail).
I work with using my ATT&T email and I am losing business which means, loss of revenue.
I am sure we are not the only ones with this issue. There must be thousands of customers in the same boat.
ATT&T should be taking this seriously as they are the ones who gave the customer information for advertisement and marketing purposes. There are 1.5 million customers that have been affected by this hack.
