Sending email with attachment
I type email and try to attach document but I get error message "email cannot be saved as draft? plus there's a big hot pink exclamation point on the attachment, which is really not even there. I have no idea why this is happening but I need to be able to send attachments. I just moved from Firefox over to Chrome and it's not happening in Chrome. I'd originally always used Chrome but moved to Firefox, temporarily until I can determine why multiple browsers keep opening up in Chrome.
Please help me fix this problem so I can attach documents in my email and actually send them.

Why would you think this is an AT&T issue?

It’s only happening in my att.net email. It’s not a problem with any of my other emails. It won’t let me save the email as a draft which is strange. I’m finished with the email & ready to send it once I attach my document. Once I click paper clip & select file to attach, I get the message “message cannot be saved as draft” & hot pink exclamation mark appears on the attachment.
The weird thing is that it does this for a week or two & all of a sudden it’s working fine. No warning when it changes, it just does. Any ideas or suggestions?
