Send Only Email Verification

     I'm part of a group email address that only receives. I want to make a send only address that appears as the name of that group email. That way I can reply to emails sent to that group address without giving away my personal one. The problem is, I never get a verification email no matter how many times I click "resend". 

     If you know a different work around to my first problem, I'm all ears.

Hey there! You can reach our postmaster team by emailing abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net. We recommend you only send one email, because if you send too many it may be flagged as spam.

Hi there, @BeigeMage. We understand that you would like to add a send-only email address to you existing email account. We can help you with that. 

 

In order to add a send-only email address, please follow these simple steps in your AT&T/Yahoo webmail:

  1. Select the gear Mail gear icon and then More Settings.
  2. Choose Mailboxes, then the down arrow after Send-only email address.
  3. Select Add, enter an email address, then select Next.
  4. Check that email’s inbox and verify the email address. 
  5. Enter a description in AT&T Mail’s Send-only email address section then enter a reply-to name and email address, and finally select Save.

My problem is that the verification email never shows up.

Please try checking your spam folder to see if the verification email has been sent there. Also, try checking your email inbox from a separate device to see if the verification email shows up.

Please check your email settings to make sure that there aren't any filters that would be preventing you from receiving the verification email, @BeigeMage.
