Need to update email settings?

sbcglobal.net receives emails but is locked so I cannot do anythimg except read emails

Could this have anything to do with windows 10 which I loaded on this computer?  Email works perfectly on my other computer which has windows 7.

Hey there @gladsome. We know how important your email service is, and we'd be happy to help you.

 

To get started, we'd recommend clearing the cache and cookies from the computer that you're experiencing this own. There could be saved data that is causing you to be unable to do anything except read your emails.

 

Also, are you trying to view your emails through a mail client or just viewing them through the browser? We just want to make sure that it's not just the mail client that is causing you to only be able to read your emails.

my mail magically started working and my contacts reappeared.  Appears this was a system error somewhere else.  Glad to have it working.  I hope it continues.
