To begin, we recommend that you try accessing your email in a different browser or in incognito mode to see if that problem persists.

 

Please try visiting our Currently site to see if your emails appear there. This is the official website for which we provide assistance. If you're already using it, please try clearing your cache and cookies. This will clear any browser settings that may be causing the error.

Nothing seemed to work and now the folder will not restore no matter what

Hi @skulesar

 

We understand that you're facing issues with sbcglobal email account. Let's get the help you need.

 

Try checking the folders and filters which you might have set up to organize your email.

 

Starred folder
Select the star next to an email message in your inbox to flag important info. You can find this email in the Starred folder for quick access.

Archive folder
Remove messages from your inbox and store them in the Archive folder. These messages stay there until you delete them or someone replies to the archived thread. To archive emails:
  1. Open or select an email (you can select more than one).
  2. Select Archive from the top of the page.

Want to restore an archived email? In the Archive folder, check the box in front of the email and select Restore to Inbox.

Customize folders and subfolders

To create a new:
  • Folder - Select New Folder and enter the folder name.
  • Subfolder - Select the folder, the down arrow, and then Create subfolder.
Or, if you want to:
  • Rename a folder or subfolder - Select the folder or subfolder, the down arrow, and then Rename folder.
  • Delete a folder or subfolder - Select the folder or subfolder, the down arrow, and then Delete folder.

Filters

  1. Select the gear .
  2. Choose Filters and then Add new filters.
  3. Edit new or existing filters and select Save.
  4. Choose other options:
    • Use the up and down arrows to prioritize your filters.
    • Select the trash can to delete a filter.
