Hey @Darcelfiorini,  We understand that you're having problem delivering email, let’s get the help you need.

For any blocked e-mail situations, what you're going to do is forward the details to the e-mail address that you posted in your previous reply; at the bottom of the post.

Also, you may find some helpful information on this article through our support page, referencing AT&T email postmaster help.

On that page, if you click the contact us about email block option, that will forward you to the mentioned address.

Let us know if this helps!

These are my handy dandy rules to use when writing to resolve this issue:

  1. Include a rejection NDR verbatim
  2. Write an e-mail that looks like it was written by a human, not auto-generated by some SPAM bot
  3. Mention when this issue started (if you've been able to send e-mail before)
  4. Discuss your history with the IP: how long you've had it, any situations where you may have allowed spam and how you corrected that issue so it no longer occurs
  5. Aver your commitment to not allowing SPAM to be sent via your server
  6. Do not use your e-mail server to send this e-mail.
  7. If they haven't responded to your e-mail in 3-5 days, request an update... but no more often than every 3-5 days.

I don't see you checking off very many of the above in the e-mail you screenshot.

Since your IPs are owned by AWS, you should likely get AWS Support's assistance in this.

Follow standard e-mail practices:

  • Don't SPAM
  • Stay away from ISPs/Hosting companies who allow others to SPAM from their network without consequence
  • Get your DKIM, SPF, DEMARC, MX, PTR information all correct for your server and your sender domains
  • Make sure you use only opt-in mailing lists and quickly honor opt-out requests.
  • Sent quality content
  • See Yahoo and MxToolbox for additional information
