not receiving some e-mails

I've stopped receiving e-mails from a few people in my att / yahoo e-mail contact list.  I've gotten their e-mails for years and now not...

Let's make sure you can receive those emails, @kh59

 

We recommend checking your email settings to make sure they're not being blocked. 

  • Check your spam folder for missing emails.
  • Review your settings. Select the gear icon, then check:
    • Blocked addresses: Be sure you aren’t blocking addresses you want to get email from.
    • Filters: Are emails going to the correct folder?

If that doesn't help, please let us know. We may need to take a closer look at your email settings in a direct message.

The e-mail addressed is not blocked and not filtered.

Give us more details about the senders, kh59.

  • Do they have the same domain?
  • Are some emails coming through, but not others?
  • Do the emails contain attachments?
  • Are you using Currently or Yahoo! Mail to access your email?

Her emails that don't come through are from gmail

None of hers have come through in 2 months

Some have attachments, but not all

I see ATT icon on my e-mail:  says "Currently from ATT / Yahoo Mail     I don't know if that means I'm using ATT email or Yahoo e-mail     When I clicked the link "currently" in your response "Currently.att.yahoo.com" opened in the link

Hi @kh59, could you let us know if the senders of the emails you are not receiving are getting errors stating the email was unable to be sent. 

 

Can you try to email yourself from another email and see if it goes through?

 

Please give that a try and let us know, so we may be able to further assist you.

I am receiving no error message that gmail e-mail did not go through.  I have spoken w/ her and found out that she gets my e-mails but I'm not getting hers.  I've also e-mailed her w/ others on the same e-mail and those people ARE getting my e-mails.

I receive e-mails I send myself from my work e-mail.
