Not receiving some emails
For some reason, when I need to reset a password at sites like Sams Club, Video School, Facebook it tells me it sent me an email to reset, but I never receive that email. I have checked ALL my email folders and it's not there.

First, we recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This can clear any browser settings that may be interfering with your email. Using the aforementioned link, you can locate the steps for your respective browser and device.
Also, are you using Currently to access your email? This is the email program we own and can troubleshoot the best.

I cleared my cache and cookies and still having issue. And yes I have also tried using “Currently” to check my emails. I have a friend that is having the same issue.

We'd suggest checking out the information on getting AT&T Mail postmaster help. They'll be able to further assist you with the emails that you haven't been able to receive from the various senders.

No help there either. Probably just easier to switch to a gmail account.
