Not receiving emails from Zoom

Some of my members are not receiving emails from our Zoom account.   They use to receive them, but have not been able to for the past 3 or 4 months.

It is only happening with my bellsouth/att members.

  • Have you check to make sure that your Outlook email setting or up to date?
  • Have you tried logging into Currently to see if your emails show there.
