my att.net email is blocking all incoming gmail

My Att.net email is blocking all incoming gmail emails.  They are not going to spam or anywhere else.  How can I fix this?

Hi timaxford, let's help you unblock Gmail messages.

Troubleshoot your email client with the section of our Login and Email Solutions article titled Email Not Going Where It Is Supposed To?

We also suggest following these additional troubleshooting options:

  • Clear your cache and cookies - the most common fix

  • Update your browser - many features are only compatible with the latest browser and we recommend updating it

  • Test signing in to your webmail using another browser

  • Disable browser tools or add-ons - varies by device and browser

  • Disable your firewall - varies by device and browser

Let us know if this helped, or if you need further assistance.

Thanks but none of these solutions help. My wife's email is under the same account as mine and she is able to receive gmails.  We use the same computer.  I did try the first three bullet points above and I still cannot receive gmails.

So you're going to www.currently.com, logging into your account, right?

And NO emails from gmail are coming through?

Do any of the senders get any sort of bounce notice or other indication that the emails don't go through?

Have you gone into the Settings and looked to see if there are any Filters set up that might be doing this?

Thank you for that information, @timaxford!

The information our ACE @tonydi requested is important for us to know as it can help us find a resolution for you. Once we have that information, we can move forward accordingly.

We also recommend that you contact our email block list by viewing the section titled How do I unblock emails. There is a hyperlink that will open a window to contact our mail team.

We look forward to speaking with you!
