Inbox only shows 2 months of emails

We understand how important it is to be able to view old emails, @2022jmv! 

You may want to try looking through your spam or junk folders to see if they've been moved. 

Depending on the email client and settings you're using, your older emails may automatically be deleted after some time. If you'd like to disable this, you can go to the Tools or Edit menu in your email client and look for Accounts, Options, or Preferences. You may also search the Help section in your email client for help with POP mail. You should look for a check box/feature like this:

• Leave a copy of messages on server
• Leave a copy of each message on the server
• Leave messages on server
• Leave messages on server after retrieval
• Delete from server after...
• When deleting messages locally...

If the emails have been deleted, it is possible to restore the emails via submitting an email restore request. You'll want to keep the following in mind:

• We can only restore emails from the past 7 days.
• You can’t cancel a restore request.
• Restoration efforts aren’t always successful.
• Recovered emails go into the same folders they were in on the restore date you pick. Check your trash folder if you can’t find them after the restoration.
• You should back up any important emails received or sent in the past 7 days.

Thank you for your response! All of a sudden the years of mails are all gone. I've submitted he restore request in hopes the emails can be saved and returned to my inbox.

How do I put in a request to restore my email messages? I can no longer see messages older than a year.
