I do not receive emails from an address that worked last week

I have checked blocked email addresses - not there. I have checked spam not there. The sender says it looked ok on their end and it was sent. I still do not have it

Between Friday and Sunday this past week, I spent  4 hours engaging with the AT&T technical support team. I used chat, voice (first line support) and voice again with a second level support person.  This last agent told me that she had no additional tools to troubleshoot the problem and would use Google to find solutions. She also told me that a) there is no ability for AT&T email users to create a safe-senders list and b) she could not check to see if the surveymonkey domain was in the spam list.  So, after four hours of my time wasted, I was no closer to a resolution.   The first line support people are not even qualified to do their jobs. I repeatedly asked them to paraphrase the problem to be solved and they couldn't even do that.  Problem resolution starts with being able to articulate the problem and this team was not up for even that part of the job.  To make matters worse, the first two employees tried to sell me services while I was trying to get my problem solved. When I finally told the person on chat that I would not purchase other services until my problem was resolved, he ended the chat.    Needless to say, this has been a horrible experience and I am looking for alternative approaches for my email account as I can't rely on AT&T to be of much use in a critical situation.

We understand the importance of being able to access all the emails, and we're here to help.


If you are having trouble accessing SurveyMonkey or are not receiving their emails, add their domains and IP addresses to your whitelist.


To add an address or domain to safe senders: 

  • Click on Settings, then View all Outlook settings. 
  • Go to Junk email, then choose Safe senders and domains or Safe mailing lists to select the domain or email you want to whitelist.
  • Enter the domain name or email address you wish to add to Safe senders.

Note: SurveyMonkey periodically updates their site domains and IP addresses. For the most current information, please refer to SurveyMonkey website.

My account cannot receive emails, the message just says there is a problem with the recipients mailbox and to contact the email admin, I don't know what to do
